Labels disappearing on new message upsync

Description
Tested with both version 6.0.0 from the Ubuntu Intrepid repository and the 6.0.3 version from the tar.gz on this website.
Environment:- Remote IMAP: Dovecot 1.0.rc15-2etch4
- Local IMAP: 1:1.0.10-1ubuntu5.1
- Thunderbird mail client
Reproduction case:
1. On the local IMAP server, move a message from one folder to another (eg. from INBOX to Mail/WorkFolder)
2. Mark the message as "ToDo"
3. Check the maildir structure of the local IMAP server. It is visible that the marking is there (filename ends in "e", which is a dovecot marking I think)
4. Now run offlineimap for a synchronization
5. The label has now disappeared
