Description

I'm starting to use offlineimap and need to perform some name translations to make it work without re-syncing 1G of mail. Please add a dry-run mode so that I can confirm what it is doing before letting it run, because I just deleted 200 mails from my Archive before I could hit control-c.

Truncate local status folders on creation

Infrastructure for notifying LocalStatus of local mailbox creations

This will let us delete LocalStatus caches when we create a local
mailbox
